iPad Mail-In Repair Options

postal-boxFor our customers who are unable to bring along there iPad for a walk-in repair this service allows for a speedy iPad repair service with your iPad being fully repaired and returned back to you within 3 working days. Most of the time we are able to return you iPad fully fixed in only 2 days.

  1. We will always confirm receipt of your iPad and notify you with a returning tracking number.
  2. All items are always returned insured by Royal Mail Special Delivery 
  3. Payment can be made over the Phone with a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  4. We are always available on the telephone till 8pm daily

If you are unsure of what the problem is with your iPad we are able to offer a diagnostic service free of charge pending a repair. If however you decide not to go ahead with the repair following the inspection a £10 assessment fee will be charge along side the postal return cost back to you.

If you are sure what the issue is and would like to go directly ahead please use the form to your right. On completion of the form you will be sent a email of where to send your iPhone to, as well as some information we require from your good self.
